These terms cover your use of Wisconsin Pub Club (the "club", "we") at wisconsinpubclub.com. By creating an account or signing a bar up, you agree to them.

What the club is

The club is a membership and marketing program. Participating bars and breweries choose to offer members a drink or a deal. The club does not sell, serve or deliver alcohol, and it does not pay bars for the drinks they give members. Every offer is made and fulfilled by the bar.

Who can be a member

• You must be 21 or older. You confirm your date of birth when you join, and it cannot be changed afterward.
• Bars check ID. A bar can refuse to serve anyone, for any lawful reason, including a member with a valid offer.
• Your membership is for you alone. Do not share your account or let someone else redeem with it.

Offers and redemptions

• Each bar sets its own offer and how often a member can use it: once a day, once every 7 days or once every 30 days.
• An offer is redeemed when a member of the bar's staff taps the redeem button on your phone. A redemption cannot be undone, including one tapped by mistake.
• Bars can change, pause or end their offer at any time, and bars can leave the club. We do not promise that any particular bar or offer will be available.
• Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or combined unless the bar says so.

Drink responsibly

Never drink and drive. Know your limits, and plan a safe way home. Nothing in the club is meant to encourage anyone to drink more than they otherwise would.

Bars and breweries

• Joining is free. You confirm that you are allowed to act for the bar you sign up and that it holds the licenses it needs.
• You agree to honor your live offer for members in good standing, and to pause it in the app when you cannot.
• You remain responsible for serving alcohol lawfully, including checking ID and refusing service where the law requires it.
• You confirm you have the right to use the logo and photos you upload, and you allow us to show them on the site and in club marketing.
• We review bars before listing them and can hide or remove a listing.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@wisconsinpubclub.com. We can suspend or close accounts that misuse the club, for example by redeeming for other people or giving false information.

Paid membership

Paid membership is not open yet. When it opens, the price and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

Our responsibility

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for what happens at a bar, for the quality of what a bar serves, or for a bar declining an offer. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
